Hi,
I am Lexi. I am 9 years old. I have been gluten and dairy free since Jan 2012. It is very hard but I feel much better. I have a guinea pig and 2 fish. I live with my parents and 2 sisters.
Being gluten and dairy free, I can’t eat a lot of foods that I used to eat. I have lots of yummy foods that I have found. I will post some of these foods later.
If you have any questions about being gluten and dairy free, please feel free to contact me.

Hi Lexi,
Your blog is a great idea and look forward to reading more posts. Hopefully, you’ll “meet” some other kids living with this lifestyle too. I am also on a gluten-free diet with celiac disease. I know it’s a struggle, but it does get easier as time goes on. I’m happy to hear you’re feeling better and adapting to the diet.
